How fast can you turn a property around?
A typical between-tenancy refresh is three to seven days. A full refit (kitchen and bathroom) is two to three weeks depending on availability. I quote a programme and stick to it.
Will you arrange an EICR alongside other work?
Yes. I don't do electrical testing in-house but I work with trusted local testers and can arrange EICRs and certificates as part of any landlord refurb. Easier than chasing two trades separately.
Do you keep stock for repairs?
Yes, for regular landlords. Standard fittings, taps, cartridges, common consumer unit parts. Means most call-outs get fixed first visit.
Do you take on HMOs?
Yes, including HMO compliance work: fire doors, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting. Documented to the standard your local authority expects.
