Supply-and-fit or fit-only kitchen installation across Lincoln and 30 miles around. Units hung level, worktops templated properly, plumbing, electrics and tiling coordinated in-house.
A kitchen is the one room where every trade meets, and it shows when they were not coordinated. I fit kitchens as a proper project: units set dead level, cornice and pelmet cut tight, worktops templated and joined cleanly, and the electrics, plumbing and tiling sequenced so nobody is working over the top of somebody else. Supply-and-fit from a range that suits the budget, or fit-only if you have already bought the kitchen.
Most of my work comes from word of mouth. Lincoln is a small enough city that bad jobs follow you around, so I treat every property as if my reputation depends on it. Because it does.
Every quote is line-by-line and fixed. You see the cost of every stage and every material before I lift a tool. No sliding scope, no surprise variations.
Every kitchen fitting job includes a free site visit, a written quote, the work itself with all materials and labour, certification where notifiable, and aftercare for any genuine issue with the work.
The detail, the materials, the sequencing. Six things that separate work that lasts from work that does not.
Fit a kitchen you have already bought, or I supply and fit from a range that suits the budget. Either way the install standard is the same.
Base and wall units hung level and plumb, scribed to out-of-square period walls, doors and drawers adjusted so every gap lines up.
Laminate, solid timber or arranged stone. Templated, joined with a proper mason's mitre where needed, sealed at the walls and around the sink.
Sockets, appliance circuits, extractor, sink, taps and appliance plumbing. First and second fix done by me, not left to chase a sub-trade.
Splashbacks, upstands and full tiled walls set out from the units so the cuts land where they should, grouted and sealed to last.
Ovens, hobs, extractors, integrated fridges and dishwashers fitted, connected, tested and left working before I leave.
A free site visit, honest advice, and a proper written quote. No pressure, no pitch. Just a straight answer from a tradesman who actually cares.
